White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails and deliver guest experiences in a high-energy, upscale bar environment in our premium hotels and rooftop venues.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and passion for guest service.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and perform daily side work per health standards.
• Know the full cocktail menu, beer and wine, ingredients, methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation meets guest expectations.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
• Observe liquor laws, monitor responsible service, and avoid overservice.
