You will drive client satisfaction and retention, oversee purchasing, inventory, food cost forecasting, and safety programs, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional events. This leadership role supports revenue and profitability while upholding food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management with focus on purchasing, inventory, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with automated inventory and management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Experience supporting quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strong coaching and team engagement skills.
