Miami Beach Convention Center is seeking a Senior Banquets Manager to lead multi-functional food service operations at our premier venue in Miami Beach, FL.

You will drive client satisfaction and retention, oversee purchasing, inventory, food cost forecasting, and safety programs, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional events. This leadership role supports revenue and profitability while upholding food safety and service standards.

Qualifications
