Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales for events with attached space.
• Send catering collateral and menus; record activities in sales system.
• Answer inquiries via phone, web, and leads for event space.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive issues in event spaces.
• Conduct weekly BEO meetings with hotel staff.
• Assist F&B in creating customized menu options.
• Review banquet checks for accuracy and post charges.
