Job summary

Heritage Golf Group is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee the Conference Center in Loveland, OH. You will manage staff, coordinate private events, and ensure exceptional hospitality and service across all event spaces.

The role requires 3–5 years in banquet/ hospitality operations, with demonstrated leadership, and the ability to train and supervise banquet staff. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in banquet, private event, food and beverage, or hospitality operations, with supervision preferred.
• Experience managing weddings, corporate meetings, private parties, and high-volume events.
• Strong knowledge of BEO execution, event setup, staffing, service standards, and breakdown procedures.
• Proven ability to hire, train, schedule, coach, and supervise banquet and service staff.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, event sales, culinary teams, and management.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs to determine staffing, room assignments, and decor for private events.
• Maintain client relations and ensure specs are executed by all departments.
• Schedule service and bar personnel and plan room setups based on guest counts.
• Communicate daily activities to private event staff for smooth transitions.
• Develop and implement SOPs for Conference Center operations.
• Greet patrons and train staff for high-quality service.
• Monitor inventory and control breakage of china, glass, and silver.
• Provide reports on hours, schedules, pay rates, and service charges.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and General Manager to ensure room readiness.
• Plan equipment and supply needs and manage department costs.
• Ensure staff uniforms, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Assist in monthly beverage inventory and related duties.
