Qualifications

• Strong litigation, drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 matters.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency strategy.
• Represent debtors, creditors, trustees, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Develop case strategy and litigation strategy; draft pleadings and motions.
• Handle claim objections, plan confirmation matters and related filings.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and other stakeholders; build client relationships.
