Law Firm Client in Boston or New York seeks a Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate with 3–5 years of significant restructuring experience. The role involves working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters, managing client relationships, and handling significant responsibilities across Chapter 11 cases and related proceedings.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and writing skills, a solid academic record, and is admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Competenze

3–5 years of relevant experience at a comparable law firm.
Significant experience in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice.
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team.
J.D. and admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the primary office required.
Judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Mansioni

Represent debtors, creditors, and official committees of unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 cases and other restructuring proceedings.
Draft and argue motions, participate in bankruptcy court hearings, and manage contested matters.
Advise on corporate restructurings, out-of-court workouts, and insolvency-related disputes.
Manage multiple complex engagements while collaborating with colleagues and maintaining strong client relationships.
