Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting and financial services delivering complex banking transformations.
- Proven ability to connect business needs with technology delivery and to manage large, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience engaging senior executives and contributing to go-to-market strategies and new consulting opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale banking transformations with end-to-end delivery oversight and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee complex migration programs including strategy, readiness, testing, cutover and BAU transition.
- Translate strategic objectives into achievable transformation roadmaps across business, operations and technology teams.
- Establish program governance, manage dependencies and risks, and provide executive reporting.
- Grow client relationships and contribute to commercial proposals and team development.
