Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to lead our Banking Transformation & Migration practice in New York City or Charlotte. You will guide large-scale banking transformations, technology migrations, and complex change programs, collaborating with leading financial institutions to modernize platforms and deliver strategic transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.

This senior leadership role blends banking industry knowledge, program delivery excellence, and stakeholder management,

Qualifications

10+ years of consulting and financial services experience.
Experience overseeing large-scale banking modernization and migrations.
Ability to manage complex programs with governance, budgets, risks, and milestones.
Knowledge of banking operations and technology.
Experience engaging senior executives and contributing to go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale banking transformations with end-to-end delivery oversight.
Oversee complex migration programs including strategy, readiness, testing, cutover, and transition.
Translate strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps across delivery teams.
Establish program governance, manage dependencies and risks, report to executives.
Grow client relationships and contribute to proposals and consulting capability building.
