This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with deep expertise in mortgage, lending, digital banking, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Mortgage, Lending, Digital Banking, Business Transformation, and Strategic Consulting.
• Deep expertise in Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Consumer Lending, Risk & Compliance, and Loan Servicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to clients and executive leadership.
• Define and drive transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape future-state capabilities.
