RE Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager with banking domain experience to drive major initiatives across the organization, blending data-driven analysis with technology delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage Jira, Excel and PowerPoint, and use AI tools to accelerate insights, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

A proven track record of delivering software projects in banking and financial services is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related roles within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking environments, processes, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing projects and multiple priorities, including technology or software delivery projects.
• Strong Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities and workflows in Jira and across teams.
• Support software and technology delivery initiatives with engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, UAT, releases, and implementation across the SDLC.
• Analyze large data sets using Excel to identify trends, issues, and insights.
• Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business, technology and stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.
• Translate complex technical and business information into actionable recommendations.
