• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in corporate & investment banking.
• Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience for senior banking talent.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview framework and evaluation techniques.
• Leverage market data to advise leadership on talent availability and compensation benchmarking.
