You will serve as a trusted resource for customers, handling deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and guiding clients with digital tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at building long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment. Prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, retail sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service technology.
• Identify opportunities to discuss products and services that align with customer needs and financial goals.
• Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Help strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship-building and personalized service.
