As an FSR, you will be the face of the branch, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs while identifying solutions that help them achieve their financial

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working directly with customers.
• Motivated to learn and grow in a sales and service environment.
• Can balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Thrive as part of a collaborative team.
• Adapt well to changing priorities and business needs.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, financial services, sales, or cash handling is helpful but not required.
