Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of banking sales/service experience.
• English required; second language may be required in some markets.
• NMLS registration required or willing to register.
• Ability to balance customer service with sales goals.
• Able to work across multiple banking centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks and other teller transactions.
• Provide education on consumer and small business banking products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and develop new customer relationships.
• Promote digital banking channels and assist customers with online/mobile platforms.
• Maintain lobby management and ensure banking center cleanliness and security.
