Job summary

OneStream seeks a Senior Account Director—Banking, US—for remote work in the USA. The role drives new business growth by prospecting and closing enterprise opportunities, focusing on banking/financial services and C-level engagements.

You will own pipeline development, coordinate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances, and execute value-based sales to accelerate revenue growth across defined territories.

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B sales experience; focus on new business.
Consultative software sales in banking/financial services.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas via net-new acquisitions.
Proficient in outbound prospecting and multi-channel strategies.
Familiar with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drive new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting and marketing leads.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by aligning OneStream solutions with customer needs.
Maintain a healthy pipeline through collaboration with CS, BD, Marketing, and Alliances.
Lead customer discussions with C-level stakeholders to illustrate OneStream value.
Prepare tailored business cases and SaaS agreements to drive revenue growth.
