Job summary

OneStream Software in the Chicago area is seeking an Account Director to drive new business growth across a defined territory. You will own pipeline generation, engage C-suite stakeholders, and close net-new opportunities for our SaaS platform.

In this high-growth role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Alliances to accelerate deal velocity and expand OneStream's footprint into untapped markets while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Hunter mindset with outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
Ability to articulate solution value to senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.

Responsibilities

Drives new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach.
Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities within target accounts.
Builds and maintains a healthy pipeline with cross-functional collaboration.
Maintains Salesforce hygiene for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Prepares and presents tailored business cases and SaaS proposals.
Balances new business and existing account growth to hit targets.
Represents a consultative partner, driving long-term customer success.
Communicates OneStream differentiators through compelling presentations.
