Job summary

OneStream Software in the Chicago area is seeking an Account Director to drive new business growth within a defined territory. You will own pipeline generation, prospect strategically, and close net-new opportunities for our SaaS platform addressing complex financial and operational challenges.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, navigate enterprise sales cycles, and collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Alliances to accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive net-new customer acquisition.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and complex deal cycles.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• New logo acquisition via strategic prospecting, marketing leads, and partners.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene for data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present tailored business cases and SaaS proposals.
• Balance new business with account growth to meet targets.
• Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, BDR, and Alliances to accelerate velocity.
• Communicate OneStream differentiators through compelling materials.
• Forecast opportunities accurately and share knowledge across teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions and demos to align offerings with needs.
• Create high-impact proposals and responses to client requests.
• Model professional, collaborative sales behavior across the org.
