Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional, banking-focused initiatives. You will steer multiple complex projects, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and risks while coordinating with business and technology teams to deliver strategic programs.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in PM leadership, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale business and/or technology initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience supporting banking, financial services, lending, payments, treasury, wealth management, capital markets, or related financial environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, implementation, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure projects comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Track project milestones and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
