Job summary

360 Technology seeks an experienced Project Manager with deep banking domain knowledge to lead multi-stream technology initiatives for a major financial services client. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across technology, business, risk and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT with 7+ years in project management, strong governance skills, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum or SAFe.

Qualifications

12+ years IT experience with at least 7 years in Project Management.
Banking and financial services domain experience.
Proven program-level experience coordinating multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, budget, milestones and go-live.
Coordinate interdependent workstreams across business, technology, engineering, architecture, operations, risk and compliance teams.
Establish governance, integrated delivery plans, RAID tracking, escalation mechanisms and executive reporting.
Drive Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery, including sprint planning, PI Planning and release management.
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and resource constraints.
Present project status to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Oversee SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness and post-production stabilization.
