nCino is seeking a Commercial Pricing & Profitability Advisor to join the Professional Services team. You will bring deep pricing expertise for commercial loans and translate requirements into designs that drive measurable value for financial institutions.

The ideal candidate has banking pricing experience and a passion for software-enabled process improvement. Hybrid work is preferred at our Wilmington, NC HQ, with potential for remote within the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking pricing and profitability analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Strong communication and independent project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, translating business requirements into solution designs and detailed functional specifications.
• Provide strategic consulting on banking industry trends and regulatory requirements to help clients stay ahead.
• Identify innovative solutions to complex problems and conduct benchmarking to recommend improvements.
• Demonstrate expertise in the nCino product, including its functionality and data model, and lead product demos and training.
• Drive adoption of nCino across financial institutions by building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide status updates, risk assessments, and detailed reports to project peers and senior management.
• Deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Lead the use of project management methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
