Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional banking or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage complex tasks with precision.
• Communicates effectively across all levels, translating complex information into clear messaging.
• Successfully leads projects with minimal oversight.
• Builds credibility and influence through transparent communication and collaboration.
• Actively supports organizational change by identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and the technical team to translate requirements into designs and functional specs.
• Provide strategic consulting using banking industry knowledge and best practices.
• Identify innovative solutions and benchmarks to improve implementations.
• Demonstrate product expertise, conduct demos and train end users.
• Drive adoption of nCino across financial institutions and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare reports and risk assessments for peers and senior management.
• Deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Guide SI partners and manage customization tradeoffs with customers.
• Lead status meetings and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation to facilitate adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision making.
