The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in business development or sales within financial services, with a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional understanding of banking and financial products and services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
