Job summary

Onsetto, Inc. is seeking a Senior Banking Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with bank and fintech partners.

You will design and execute customer strategies, drive adoption, and monitor health, risk, and retention with a high degree of autonomy. You will build trusted executive relationships, lead strategic business reviews, and translate insights into actions that improve outcomes across Customer Success, Product, and the broader company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Customer Success or related role managing B2B relationships.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven ability to own complex client relationships and outcomes.
• Experience leading strategic business reviews and difficult conversations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, including senior/executive stakeholders.
