Onsetto, Inc is seeking a Senior Banking Customer Success Manager in a remote-first role based in the United States. You will own strategically important relationships with bank and financial institution partners, drive adoption and value realization, and lead high-stakes customer conversations.

You’ll build executive-level relationships, shape account strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes, retention, and expansion in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a related customer-facing role managing ongoing, contractual B2B customer relationships.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is required.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning complex or strategically important customer relationships and their outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing customer strategies that drive adoption, value realization, retention, or growth.
• Experience assessing customer health and navigating complex, at-risk, or high-stakes customer situations.
• Experience building relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders, including senior or executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience leading strategic business reviews and difficult conversations.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and influence outcomes across teams without formal authority.

• Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, including senior stakeholders, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Anticipate changes in customer needs and adapt the customer strategy accordingly.
• Represent customer priorities internally and influence cross-functional decisions to support customer outcomes.
• Establish meaningful customer outcomes and measures of success to shape account strategy and priorities.
• Develop and execute strategies to address adoption challenges, strengthen product utilization, and increase value realized.
• Synthesize product usage and customer context to identify patterns and opportunities for expansion.
• Identify opportunities to expand use of Onsetto and drive upsell and expansion opportunities.
