Onsetto, a leader in business banking technology, seeks a Senior Banking Customer Success Manager to own strategic bank and financial-institution partnerships. You will drive adoption, value realization, and health across critical accounts with executive stakeholders.

The role requires autonomy, strategic influence, and the ability to coordinate across product, sales, and success teams to deliver measurable outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, account management, or similar roles managing ongoing B2B relationships.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is required.
• Proven ability to own complex relationships and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own complex or strategically important customer relationships and develop strategies based on goals and stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across organizations, including senior executives, and influence cross-functional decisions.
• Anticipate changes in customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead strategic business reviews and translate insights into actions for Success, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
