Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years banking experience required.
• 5+ years customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and in person, by phone, and by email.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check requests, and account maintenance.
• Open deposit accounts and ancillary products and services.
• Assist in onboarding all new team members and communicate policy rationale.
• Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them.
• Mentor CSR and support the CSR Manager in team development.
• Maintain and update deposit-account documentation and logs.
