Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of accounting and leadership experience in a banking environment.
• CPA designation and strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with board interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department.
• Manages month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes and GL reconciliation.
• Prepares financial statements and regulatory reports in compliance with GAAP and regs.
• Leads budgeting, tax, and insurance planning; supports ALCO and Audit Committees.
