Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client service experience in financial services.
• In-depth expertise in banking products and services, focusing on loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficient in using loan/depository systems and banking software for processing transactions.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention by addressing service requests promptly.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and processing all account types and services.
• Process loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, and billing issues.
• Coordinate onboarding with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management; ensure timely forms completion.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete KYC/EDD updates as required.
