Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a Client Services Specialist to meet the servicing needs of large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients. You will deliver Depository, Loan, and Treasury Management services while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely support.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and independent execution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support.
• In-depth expertise in banking products and services, especially loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries.
• Independently handles loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, and related items.
• Onboard new clients by opening and processing accounts, products, and services.
• Coordinate onboarding with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management teams.
