Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Ability to develop client relationships and drive sales initiatives.

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Model and demonstrate First Horizon Bank culture; promote engagement and community involvement.
• Develop sales processes, provide coaching, inspect and recognize sales activities.
• Establish relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with partners to drive One Team initiatives and market growth.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations; foster teamwork and growth.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk controls and ethics.
