• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners, expanding the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Lead, grow, coach, and motivate associates to execute banking center routines and deliver financial guidance.
• Collaborate with market operations and sales leadership to ensure compliance and manage risk.
• Monitor operations metrics and address operational concerns; manage expenses.
