Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Knoxville to drive sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance while delivering quality, timely customer service at the onsite location.

You will coach and lead a Retail banking center team, recruit and develop staff, nurture key client relationships, ensure effective risk management, and manage operations and expenses to support First Horizon's purpose, values and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base; promote One Team partnerships.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, and ethics; implement risk management practices.
• Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, and manage expenses for the banking center.
