Bank of Utah in Heber, UT is hiring a Full-Time Banking Associate II at the Heber City Branch. You will handle complex client needs, guide advanced banking services, and mentor junior staff while upholding service, compliance, and risk standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in banking, strong judgment, and the ability to manage high‑risk or non-routine account activity with professionalism and a client‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of banking or financial services experience required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting lending or specialized servicing functions.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex client issues.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with coaching and developing team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer and business lending processes by assisting with intake, documentation, servicing requests, and loan-related inquiries.
• Support specialized account types, including IRAs, trusts, HSAs, and other complex or fiduciary account relationships, including distributions where permitted.
• Provide operational and servicing support for specialty deposit services, including IntraFi and Sweep accounts.
• Support and service foreign exchange transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Actively manages and develops a deposit book of business ($100,000-$250,000), conducting regular outreach to strengthen relationships and support retention and growth.
