The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in banking or financial services, with strong attention to detail and a reliable, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year banking or financial services experience required.
• Ability to manage non-routine transactions and client issues with guidance.
• Operate with increasing independence within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts and identify suitable products.
• Guide clients to the right specialists for complex financial goals.
• Proactively identify additional client needs through consultative conversations.
• Apply risk-based decision-making to balance service and prudent risk management.
• Set clear expectations with clients and follow through on commitments.
• Maintain and grow a deposit book of business ($0–$100,000) with regular outreach.
