Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled branch hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process routine account transactions and inquiries in person or by phone.
• Accurately handle cash and count cash with security and dual-control in mind.
• Provide courteous, solutions-oriented service and support client questions or concerns.
• Resolve conflicts through active listening and collaborative problem-solving.
• Grow knowledge of the bank's products and services to assist clients with everyday needs.
• Execute daily branch operations in line with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the branch.
• Collaborate with Branch Banking Manager on tasks and reporting.
• Promote consistent service excellence through teamwork and communication.
