Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Client Management Functions: develop client relationships and onboard clients.
• Deposit Account Responsibilities: open, renew, and service deposit accounts; set up online banking.
• Loan Responsibilities: collect documents for consumer loan processing and underwriting.
• Sales Activities: identify cross-selling opportunities and respond to inquiries.
• Other Responsibilities: coordinate with Treasury, Support, and Branches; ensure onboarding timelines.
