Job summary

Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park, MN seeks an Executive Banking Associate to join the Deposit Services team at our corporate office. You will support client onboarding, account opening, and deposit/loan documentation while delivering a high-touch banking experience.

You will work with Relationship Management to onboard clients, handle inquiries, and identify cross-selling opportunities, contributing to business development and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred.
• Superior customer service skills with mastery of deposit products.
• Superior analytical/reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Partner with Relationship Management to onboard clients and become first point of contact for consumer deposit needs.
• Open, renew, and service all types of deposit accounts.
• Set up key deposit account services including online banking profiles, mobile banking, ordering checks/debit cards, and assisting with online bill pay & wire originations.
• Collect application and supporting documents to process consumer loan requests and assist underwriting.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities through client engagement.
