Job summary

Bridgewater Bank in Bloomington seeks a Client Specialist to be the face of the Deposit Services team, delivering exceptional service whether in person, by phone or email.

You will handle transactions, assist clients, verify identities, balance drawers, and support compliance with BSA and procedures. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM with no weekends, and a benefits package including a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Professional, friendly demeanor required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IT and the Integrated Teller system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments using the teller system.
• Greet clients and answer calls; monitor service inbox for timely responses.
• Verify client identity for each request per procedures.
• Balance cash drawers, cash recycler, and vault inventory per procedures.
• Complete required documentation for all transactions.
• Process suspicious activity and client fraud requests with Deposit Operations.
• Sort and distribute mail and assist with scanning documents into internal systems.
• Represent the bank professionally to clients, coworkers, and vendors.
• Maintain conference rooms, kitchen and front desk and ensure supplies.
• Follow bank policies, security requirements and regulations including BSA.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on banking regulations.
