The candidate will design QA strategies, create comprehensive test plans and cases, execute tests, log defects in Jira, and drive issue remediation and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Proven QA processes and methodologies are required.
• API testing expertise and strong testing framework knowledge.
• Experience with databases and SQL in a financial services context.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the QA team in executing testing for priority and regulatory projects.
• Develop and implement a QA strategy aligned with risk management frameworks.
• Conduct functionality, system, and regression testing to ensure coverage.
• Perform risk analysis, root cause analysis, and remediation.
• Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Operations to align on risk priorities.
• Create Use Cases and Test Cases with comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate with Training and Communication teams for rollout.
• Review requirements for gaps and testability; assess testing implications.
• Prepare test plans and test scripts for software components.
• Participate in test case peer reviews and set up test conditions.
• Execute tests and document results using Jira.
• Log defects and manage lifecycle with BAs and developers.
• Replicate issues, provide defect triage, and participate in status meetings.
• Manage resources and align skills to test planning/execution.
• Document and report QA outcomes and risk assessments.
• Design dashboards for management reporting on testing progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to drive control transformation.
