Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking a Senior BA/QA in Jersey City, NJ to lead business analysis and quality assurance for banking IT initiatives. The role demands deep corporate/ commercial banking expertise and strong IT process knowledge.

The candidate will collaborate across teams, gather functional requirements, and shape test strategies for UI, web apps and databases, with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Corp/ Commercial Banking experience.
• BSA with the standard capabilities around functional requirements gathering.
• Very Good communication skills.
• Experience with IT SDLC, Agile, data analysis (SQL, profiling data).
• Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Lending lines of businesses experience is required.
• Prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects will be preferred.
• QA with the testing experience on user UI’s, Web applications, and database testing (SQL experience);
• Building test execution plans, Good Communication Skill and automation experience is an added advantage
