Tata Consultancy Services in New Jersey seeks a QA Automation Lead (Python & API Testing) to architect and drive automation for banking applications. Lead Python-based framework development and oversee API testing across REST/SOAP, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers and product owners, review automation scripts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the QA team to raise testing standards.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall testing experience and hands-on QA automation leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using Python.
• Define and maintain API automation test strategies for banking applications.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to define test coverage.
• Review test cases and automation scripts developed by team members.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect resolution with development teams.
• Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create automation metrics, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor QA team members and establish testing best practices.
• Support release validation and production readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
