Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Test Lead to join Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance (QA) testing efforts for projects sponsored by the Alternative Investments program development teams within Investment Solutions. This role requires a strong focus on risk management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in executing testing for business priority and regulatory projects.
• Develop and implement a quality assurance and control management strategy that aligns with organizational risk management frameworks.
• Conduct functionality, system, and regression testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Perform thorough risk analysis, control issue detection, root cause analysis, and effective remediation.
• Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Operations teams to align on risk and control priorities.
• Work with Program Management teams to create a comprehensive set of Use Cases and Test Cases, along with full project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Training and Communication personnel to ensure smooth rollout of projects.
• Review requirement specifications, identify gaps, and assess testability and testing implications.
• Prepare detailed test plans and test scripts for each software component and requirement.

• Proficiency in programming languages including .Net, Python, HP 3000 Cobol, and VB.Net.
