Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a client-centric environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Comfortable engaging all clients (in-person and by phone)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and changing circumstances
• Time management and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, offer appropriate solutions, and connect clients to specialists
• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions and services
• Educate and train clients on simple self-service transactions
• Optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities such as opening accounts and digital shopping
• Manage client interactions and comply with regulatory requirements
