Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.

• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer licensed sales opportunities to partners (Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate clients on self-service technologies for simple transactions.
• Use resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities.
