Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience in cash, card settlement, treasury or banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting audits and cash/banking accounts.
• Advanced data tools: OTBI, Alteryx; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily banking operations across corporate, retail, electronic banking, gift cards and unclaimed property.
• Analyze processes to identify automation, efficiency and data accuracy improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership to communicate new project requests.
• Ensure accounting systems support GAAP compliance and company policies.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional workgroups on process improvements.
