Northern Trust is seeking a Sr Account Manager, Banking to coordinate account administration for Banking clients and support client servicing activities. You will respond to inquiries, produce reports, and oversee transaction processing while partnering with Banking Advisors to drive business development.

The role emphasizes resolving operational issues and delivering a high-quality client experience in an in-office setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial services, client servicing, or accounting-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Understanding of internal banking functions and credit processes.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for complex client inquiries related to banking products and services.
• Support development and implementation of tailored banking solutions, including treasury management, for Wealth Management clients.
• Assist Banking Advisors with account administration, business development initiatives, and client presentations.
• Conduct initial due diligence for credit opportunities, including gathering financial statements and basic industry research.
• Coordinate with CSST to execute daily transaction activity, including payments and borrowing transactions.
• Ensure client account information is accurate and up to date across systems.
• Develop and execute action plans to support client servicing needs and timely follow-up.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding account status, documentation needs, and servicing updates.
