Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager (Relationship Service Advisor) to manage a portfolio of Treasury Management clients. Based remotely, you will be the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will handle complex servicing needs for high-visibility accounts, own end-to-end escalations, maintain long-lasting client relationships, and coordinate with internal partners on implementations.

As a Senior Account Manager (Relationship Service Advisor) within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based remotely.

Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of client relationships. Provides support to clients and serves as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units. May participate in discussions in developing the scope of the service provided to existing and potential clients.

Serves as the client's point of contact for all treasury management servicing and implementation needs, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Monitors client documentation for compliance and resolves challenges and issues. Senior level position supporting PNC's most complex, high visibility clients. Manages higher volume relationships that call for advanced product knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to handle complex servicing needs. Serves as an escalation point and training resource for less experienced team members. Proactively helps manage treasury management servicing opportunities with existing clients, including high severity requests and issues. Uses industry and PNC knowledge to take end-to-end ownership of servicing escalations and drive them to a satisfying resolution.
