Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Farmers Branch, TX seeks a QA and Control Tech to uphold food safety and quality across production. You will work with the QA/QC team, supervisors, and plant manager to ensure compliance with QA policies and procedures.

The role involves completing daily checklists, reporting deviations, training staff on HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and pest control, and handling documentation, temperature logs, and sample retention. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Junior to high school with 3+ years in bakery quality control.
• Able to read instruments, thermometers, scales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily QA/QC checklists and reports.
• Identify non-conformities and report deviations.
• Train production staff on HACCP, SOPs, and GMPs.
• Translate QAFS policies as needed.
• Maintain samples, records, and temperature logs.
