Job summary

Eckceptional Search, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. You will supervise 15–25 production staff, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team and opportunities to improve processes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Ability to drive performance, accountability, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
